We invite you to enjoy the International Valencian Paella Competition in Sueca, the most awaited event of the year, where the best chefs from around the world gather in the heart of rice culture to compete for the perfect paella. This is a unique opportunity to taste the authentic Valencian Paella and experience the excitement of an internationally renowned competition.
In addition, don’t miss Firarròs, the three-day gastronomic event that will take you on a culinary journey full of flavors, offering a wide variety of rice dishes, tapas, traditional cured meats, and sweets. It takes place on Paseo de la Estación and offers activities for everyone: from show cooking by top chefs and children’s workshops to wine tastings for adults.
